Extremely sturdy and machined from high-quality aluminum, this adapter lets you magnetically attach your dermatoscope to any smartphone with a width (the second largest dimension) in the range of 55-98mm (~2.25-3.8").
As its name implies, the Universal Smartphone Adapter is only for phone-size devices. The Universal Smartphone Adapter will not fit iPads or other tablets.
Simply secure it on your smartphone, position the MagnetiConnect™ arm over the camera, and magnetically attach your DermLite.
Please note that all MagnetiConnect adapters only work with Dermlite's MagnetiConnect-compatible devices - including the DL1, DL200 HR, DL200 Hybrid, DL3N, Handyscope, Dermlite GL, DL4, DL4W, and DL5. Unfortunately, the DL100, Carbon, and Lumio S are not MagnetiConnect compatible and therefore cannot be used with MagnetiConnect cases, MCC, or the Universal Adapter.
