Shipping and Payment

Note - If you will only be available to receive your item due to a very strict "window" of time (e.g., you're traveling in the US and leaving soon), please contact us at 'contact@dermatoscopes.com' before ordering. As described in greater detail here, from the time of order to the date of arrival, most items will take a minimum of 5 business days. Backorders or other delays (inc. weather) can increase this time. For this reason, we advise all customers with limited availability to order at least 2 weeks in advance.

We are a US-based online retailer and our sales are restricted to US states and territories only.

Shipping to Contiguous (Lower 48) United States

Shipping is included for all orders (even small ones) to addresses within the Lower 48 United States.

Shipping outside the Contiguous United States

Upon receipt of your order, we will determine the cost of shipping and notify you if additional payment is needed. If costs are roughly on par with comparable rates within the Lower 48, you will not be charged.

In recent years, however, shipping costs to outside the Lower 48 have risen dramatically, and we may have no choice but to notify you of additional shipping charges required.
