Shipping

 

Shipping within the contiguous (Lower 48) United States is included at no additional cost.

Shipping outside the Contiguous United States

Upon receipt of your order, we will determine the cost of shipping and notify you if additional payment is needed. If costs are roughly on par with comparable rates within the Lower 48, you will not be charged.

Unfortunately, shipping costs to addresses outside the Lower 48 have risen dramatically, and we may have no choice but to notify you of additional shipping charges required.

Signature Confirmation

As described at checkout, higher-value items are shipped using "Signature Required" method for security.  Doing so requires that an adult be present at time of delivery to accept and sign for the package.  

Shipping Errors and Damage

Errors and damage during shipment need to be reported to us immediately upon receipt.

Tracking and Proof of Delivery

  • Once a package is scanned by the carrier as “Delivered”, this serves as official proof of delivery.
  • If you cannot locate your package, please:

    1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
    2. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
    3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
  • We will assist in filing a trace or carrier claim during that timeframe.
  • Reports made beyond 48 hours after delivery cannot be guaranteed resolution, as carriers often will not investigate claims filed late.

Damaged or Short Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival.
  • If items are missing, incorrect, or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Different Shipping Address

Due to the elevated risk of credit card fraud, Dermatoscopes.com reserves the right to refuse an order with a shipping address that does not match the address on file with the credit card or PayPal.  If the addresses do not match, please have the order shipped to a clinic or hospital so we can verify the recipient.

Foreign Credit Cards

Generally we do not accept credit cards registered outside of the USA.  However, in some cases we can accept a foreign card if the product can be delivered to a UPS facility located in the USA.  In this case, a valid photo ID may be required for pickup and the ID name must match the name on the credit card.  Please contact us to make these arrangements.


Payment Information

Dermatoscopes.com accepts major credit cards registered to a bank located in the United States, as well as payments through PayPal.

International Customers

Due to international distributor agreements, Dermatoscopes.com can ship to USA addresses only.  Sorry, no exceptions.  Please see the local distributor in your country.
